AAAANNND, DONE! Man, this took me yesterday and all 5 hours today. The tricky part was doing the wing-cloak. But I did it, it was all with it.

Frost Wing dragons are moth-like dragons. And they're pretty similar to Ice Fang Dragons and some have the same abilities. In fact, some Ice Fang Dragons and Frost Wing Dragons can live together in harmony.
The main difference of Frost Wing Dragons is their wings can fold into a cloak, the ability to turn invisible and intangible.
Frost Wing Dragons have the power of cryokinesis, meaning that they can influence the direction of the ice that grows from thier breath and palms with extreme precision. This allows them to create simultaneous ice constructs that bend and weave through the air before solidifying.

Frost Wing Dragons have the power of cryokinesis, meaning that they can influence the direction of the ice that grows from thier breath and palms with extreme precision. This allows them to create simultaneous ice constructs that bend and weave through the air before solidifying.
Frost Wings are capable of breathing a wind or beam that can reduce the temperature surrounding it to just this side of absolute sub-zero, turn to ice constructs either mid-air or upon touching a target, or encase a target completely in ice. Their breath can be also be used as a strong gust of wind without freezing anything.
Frost Wing Dragons can fly using thier wings. They can also leave behind an ice trail while flying.
Frost Wings can levitate.

Similar to Specter Claw Dragons, Frost Wing Dragons can become intangible and pass through solid matter, to the point where they can cause opponents and objects to freeze by phasing through them if they chooses to.
Frost Wings can freeze objects just by touching them.
Frost Wing Dragons possess very sharp claws.
Frost Wings can fold up their wings into a hooded robe or cloak. Giving them the appearance of a phantom.
Frost Wing Dragons have enhanced strength.
Frost Wing's strength extends to their feet, which are prehensile.
Frost Wing Dragons are rather durable, they are able to take a neuroshock laser blast to the back from a Plasma Ray Dragon and only be slightly fazed.
Frost Wings are quite agile, as they are capable of dodging attacks while flying, as well avoiding laser attacks from afar.
Frost Wing Dragons can survive underwater, as well as in the vacuum of space.
Frost Wings are immune to extreme temperatures, both hot and cold. As such, they can drink molten steel and keep it hot without suffering severe internal damage. Their not bothered by heat and/or the cold.
Frost Wing Dragons can withstand radiation.
Frost Wing Dragons can generate ice beams from their hands.
Frost Wings can spit out ice shards.
Big Chill has a powerful jaw capable of chewing up and devouring anything related to metal.
Weaknesses
Frost Wings intangibility is useless against opponents who can also turn intangible, such as Specter Claw Dragons and other Frost Wings as it will cancel out their abilities to do so.
Frost Wing Dragons can be harmed by electricity, such as that generated by a Lightning Crabtor Dragon.
Frost Wings are sensitive to high-pitched sounds. Such as that of a Thunder Roar Dragon.
